Creative Self-efficacy Memediasi Pengaruh Kepribadian Proaktif terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Guru

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of proactive personality on innovative work behavior of teachers through Creative Self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The number of samples taken were 92 teachers of SMA Sub-District Teluk Segara, Bengkulu City. The sampling method used in this study is the method of distributing questionnaires online. The analysis technique used is SPSS 16.0. On the results of the analysis it was found that the proactive personality variable had a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior of SMA teachers Sub-District Teluk Segara Bengkulu City, the proactive personality variable had a significant positive effect on Creative Self-efficacy, the Creative Self-efficacy variable had a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior, and Creative Self-efficacy mediated the effect of proactive personality to the innovative work behavior of SMA teachers Sub-District Teluk Segara, Bengkulu City.
