PENGARUH PROGRAM LITERASI MELALUI KUIS INTERAKTIF TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN KESGILUT PESERTA PROLANIS PUSKESMAS PANGLAYUNGAN KOTA TASIKMALAYA

Abstract

Background: despite many efforts to carry out dental health management, the gap between dental health knowledge and practice still exists, so it can be said that an important determinant of dental health is dental and oral health literacy. Dental and Oral Health Literacy. Objective: to find out whether there is an influence of the literacy program through interactive quizzes on the knowledge of medical skills of prolanis participants at the Panglayungan Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. Method: descriptive survey research with a pre-experimental approach, a population of 36 people suffering from diabetes mellitus in the working area of the Panglayungan Health Center, sampling using the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: analysis shows that there is an increase in knowledge of good criteria from previously 9 people (24.8%) to 23 people (63.4%) and is proven by the results of the Wilcoxon test, namely a value (P-value) of 0.000 <0.5, which means there is significant influence. Conclusion: there is an influence of the literacy program through interactive quizzes on the knowledge of martial arts prolanis participants at the Panglayungan Community Health Center, Tasikmalaya City
