Pengaruh Lebar Albumen, Tinggi Albumen, dan Indeks Albumen Terhadap Haugh Unit Telur Itik Lokal (Anas Sp.)

Abstract

Haugh unit is one of the indicators that determine albumen quality. This study aims to know the correlation and the magnitude of the effect of width, height, and albumen index on the haugh unit of local duck eggs (Anas sp.). The research method used was correlasional method. This research was using secondary data of 362 local ducks eggs (Anas sp.) and tested with normality test, linearity test, correlation, and path analysis used SPSS 25. The result showed that there was a correlation between albumen width, albumen height, and albumen indeks on the haugh unit of local duck eggs (Anas sp.) and the effect of albumen height on the haugh unit of local duck eggs (Anas sp.) is 85.78% and the effect of albumen index on the haugh unit of local duck eggs (Anas sp.) is 10.23%.
