Abstract
Recently, concerns regarding anaesthesia-induced developmental neurotoxicity (AIDN) have emerged. The aim of this review was to summarise the available information on AIDN, and to assist the practising anaesthetist in making safe decisions with regard to the administration of anaesthesia in the young child. © SASA.
