Abstract

Polyubiquitin chains are regulatory signals for a wide array of biological processes. Recent structural studies reveal novel modes of polyubiquitin chain recognition and implicate the diverse repertoire of interactions in providing the specificity of polyubiquitin recognition. © 2010 Faculty of 1000 Ltd.
