Abstract

A trypsin Giemsa staining technique is described by which it is possible, by varying the time of trypsin treatment, to produce G‐bands, C‐bands or simultaneous G‐ and C‐bands in conventionally stained human chromosomes. The method is simple technically, fast and highly reproducible. © 1979 Mendelian Society of Lund
