Estudio piloto del perfil profesional y los ámbitos de inserción laboral de los educadores físicos y deportivos colegiados en Galicia

Abstract

Este estudio analiza la situación de los colegiados en el Colegio Oficial de Licenciadosen Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte de Galicia mediante unestudio de la formación, ámbito profesional, e incluyendo datos sociodemográficossobre la formación académica, y la situación laboral de sus miembros. Estudio quese realizó mediante la respuesta a un cuestionario online que completaron un totalde 200 colegiados y que permite conocer la situación laboral en el sector deportivodentro de la comunidad gallega. Así como la relación entre distintas variables,como la edad, el sexo, el salario, la/s especialización/es que han completado, el sectorlaboral en el que trabajan, el año en el que finalizaron sus estudios en Cienciasde la Actividad Física y del Deporte (CAFD), etc. Tras un análisis del contenidode forma cualitativa, y un análisis cuantitativo de los datos recogidos, este estudiopermite aclarar cómo interactúan entre sí o como han ido evolucionando las característicasdel mercado de trabajo deportivo en los últimos años en Galicia.This study analyzes the situation of the members of the Official College ofGraduates of Physical Activity and Sport of Galicia through a study of the training,the professional field, and other sociodemographic data about the academicformation, and the employment situation of its members. This study was made bymeans of the answer to an online questionnaire that completed 200 collegiates andthat allow to know the labor situation in the sport sector within the Galician community.As well as the relationship between different variables, such as age, sex,salary, specialization (s) they have completed, the work sector in which they work,the year in which they finished their studies in Physical Activity Sport, etc. After aqualitatively analyzing the content and a quantitative analysis of the data collected,this study allows us to clarify how to interact with each other and how has the sportmarket evolved in recent years.
