Abstract

A glossopterid fructification, Plumsteadia ovata n.sp., from the Permian Weller Coal Measures, Mt Feather, south Victoria Land, Antarctica, is attached to the base of a leaf of Glossopteris sp., and closely resembles detached Fructifications type A which have been described from Bajo de la Leona, Argentina. © 1974 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
