Abstract

---Software estimation accuracy is among the greatestchallenges for software developers. This study aimed atbuilding and evaluating a neuro-fuzzy model to estimatesoftware projects development time. The forty-onemodules developed from ten programs were used asdataset. Our proposed approach is compared with fuzzylogic and neural network model and Results show thatthe value of MMRE (Mean of Magnitude of Relative Error)applying neuro-fuzzy was substantially lower than MMREapplying fuzzy logic and neural network.
