To remove the difference statistically in the initial status of the two groups, the researcher analyzed the data with the statistical technique of Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA). Thus both groups initial status had been equated. The main findings of the experimental study proved that the regular yoga practicing students develop the homeostasis of persons in a balanced manner.
