Lacosamide monotherapy for epilepsy

Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To assess the effectiveness, efficacy, tolerability and side effects of lacosamide (LCM) monotherapy for partial-onset seizures (simple/complex partial with or without secondary generalisation) and generalised-onset tonic-clonic seizures (with or without other generalised seizure types) in children and adults.
