Abstract

This study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of servant leadership in organizational change at a global level. Using an analytical and descriptive methodology, data were collected from academic articles, focusing on those with validated psychometric instruments to measure servant leadership. The results reveal a significant preference for servant leadership over other styles, highlighting its positive impact on job satisfaction and organizational efficiency. The conclusions suggest that this leadership style, which emphasizes serving others, is an effective approach to fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee well-being, leading to better staff retention and productivity.
