Crímenes de guerra; Tribunal Militar Internacional: Juicios de Núremberg

Abstract

The Nuremberg Trials were a set of judicial processes conducted after World War II to prosecute Nazi leaders and other individuals responsible for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide. These trials took place in the city of Nuremberg, Germany, between 1945 and 1946. The trials were set up by the Allies (the United States, the United Kingdom, France and the Soviet Union) with the aim of holding Nazi leaders accountable for their atrocities during the war, including the Holocaust and other crimes committed against millions of people. The aim of this research is to describe through a descriptive-qualitative mythology the impact that these trials had after the Second World War.Los Juicios de Núremberg fueron un conjunto de procesos judiciales llevados a cabo después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial para enjuiciar a los líderes nazis y a otros individuos responsables de crímenes de guerra, crímenes contra la humanidad y genocidio. Estos juicios tuvieron lugar en la ciudad de Núremberg, Alemania, entre 1945 y 1946. Los juicios fueron establecidos por los Aliados (Estados Unidos, Reino Unido, Francia y la Unión Soviética) con el objetivo de responsabilizar a los líderes nazis por sus atrocidades durante la guerra, incluyendo el Holocausto y otros crímenes cometidos contra millones de personas. El objetivo de la presenta investigación es describir a través de una mitología descriptiva-cualitativa el impacto que tuvo estos juicios después de la segunda guerra mundial.
