Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Kebersihan Wisatawan Pantai Sawarna di Kabupaten Lebak di Tinjau dari Undang-Undang Kepariwisataan Nomor 10 Tahun 2009

Abstract

Tourism is a resource that has high economic power for a country, because it can increase state and regional foreign exchange, this research has the aim of describing tourism development and as a catalyst for development (agent of development). This study uses a qualitative approach that originates from legislation, namely Law number 10 of 2009, books, legal science journals, and other library materials. The results of this study, that the management of tourism development needs to be carried out comprehensively, one of the national problems is that waste must be decomposed properly so that there are no obstacles and it is clean, healthy for the environment, even so in carrying out waste management there are several obstacles such as throwing and burning waste carelessly will be subject to a fine of up to Rp. 500 thousand, thus the government hopes to implement a policy to overcome this.
