Abstract
This research is a quantitative study to determine the influence of work-life balance on employee satisfaction of the millennial employee’s generation in Jakarta. The population of this study are the people who works at Startup company in Jakarta. This study used sample size of 100 respondents, with non-probability purposive sampling. Multivariate regression method is used to analyze the data. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires. The tool used to analyze the data is SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that Work Interference with personal life, personal life interference with work, work life enhancement, personal life enhancement has an effect on employee satisfaction. Through this research, it is hoped that startup companies can take advantage of work-life balance policies to increase job satisfaction.
