Abstract
An overview is given of the in vitro test results on MCF-7, a mammary tumour, and WiDr, a colos carcinoma, of several series of organotin compounds synthesized in the Free University of Brussels VUB. Several compounds exhibit a very promising antitumour activity. The solution chemistry of the 2:3 condensation complex of salicylaldoxime with di-n-butyltin oxide is briefly described. © 1994, walter de gruyter. All rights reserved.
