COMMUNICATION OF DA'WAH BETWEEN THE LEADERS AND THEIR UNDERSTANDING IN THE QUR'AN SURAT AN-NAML

Abstract

Research Objectives: To find out the Communication between Leaders and Subordinates in the Qur'an Surah An-Naml. Research Methods: Qualitative. Research Results: Surah an-Naml verses seven to 40 of them teach us the science of communication. Starting from communication between the family leader and his family members, the ant king and the people of the ant nation, the king / prophet Solomon with one of his troops, namely the Hud-hud bird, the queen of Bilqis and her ministers. Conclusion: The leadership communication contained in Surat an-Naml verses seven to forty sati is the communication of leaders who are very protective of their people, who are knowledgeable, who are firm and wise, democratic, have full power of Islamic izzahtu, have strong integrity, commitment in his leadership mission, namely da'wah ilallah.
