The presence of soot particles in the volume of the combustion chamber significantly increases the radiation of the flame and leads to an increase in local temperatures in the volume of the KS. Therefore, the presence of soot particles has a strong effect on the dynamics of heat generation in a diesel cylinder, especially at high load conditions. And an understanding of the mechanisms of its formation allows you to choose a way to reduce the soot content in the exhaust gas.
