Abstract
Results, based on 38 comparisons, indicate that in the analysis of two organochlorine insecticides (heptachlor epoxide and dieldrin) in milk the fat recovery can be made with a surfactant method. This is faster, less expensive, and easier than the modified Roese-Gottlieb extraction commonly used. © 1967, American Dairy Science Association. All rights reserved.
