Abstract

Conductions by variable range hopping mechanism following Mott’s law in two different temperature ranges are observed in n-type CuInSe2. In low field the relative negative magnetoresistance follows the relation (A p//?0)X-B2T-3/4, in agreement with the theories based on quantum interference. The variation of A p/p0 with B at higher values upto 6 T isalso discussed. © 1993 The Japan Society of Applied Physics.
