Abstract

Two cases with 68Ga-PSMA-avid prostate cancer recurrence in the vas deferens are presented. These cases highlight the clinical importance of imaging the pattern of local prostate cancer recurrence and the potential difficulties that arise due to the altered anatomy in the prostate bed after prostatectomy or radiotherapy.
