Abstract

Analysis of international migration context from the perspective of the issues of employment and social security and crime, with an emphasis on human trafficking and terrorism. The purpose of this article, therefore, is to reect in search of a better understanding of this process that tends to evaluate the migration issue as a security problem and elucidate relevant points to this issue, stating that the best solution to the problem is the host and regularizing the situation of immigrants. Addresses also reections on Global Administrative Laws contribution to the present time of global migration crisis.
