Abstract

O presente trabalho baseou-se em uma revisão da literatura sobre o histórico da Leishmaniose Tegumentar Americana no Brasil, onde foram destacados os três períodos distintos da doença em nosso país, observando a contribuição dos autores brasileiros para com a mesma.This work report a study of literature review, about the history of Mucocutaneous Leishmaniosis in Brazil, and show us the three mains periods of the disease in our country, and the contribution of the brasilians investigators for the diesease.
