Pengaruh Karakteristik Influencer Pada Keputusan Beli Berdasarkan Model Adopsi Informasi

Abstract

Bandung Islamic University is a private university that gets college institution accreditation with predicate of Excellence (A) in Bandung. Based on the results of a survey conducted by the Unisba Quality Assurance Agency in 2016/2017 the problem of parking was ranked second. The purpose of this study was to find out the opinions of the academics (Lecturers and Students) on parking needs, optimization of Unisba parking. The approach method used is the method of Quality Function Deployment, and calculation of optimization parking area. The results of the study with the Quality Function Deployment method found that the desires of the academics include a more regulated parking layout, having automated ticketing facilities, the parking area lines, bicycle parking facilities, adding officers, installing cctv, adding lighting for parking, holding parking for diffability, e -ticketing, notification of empty parking area through running text, free helmet safekeeping, 24-hour parking service, supporting safety standards and installation of roofs for motorbike parking. Related to the parking index that exceeds the standard limit for parking at Jalan Tamansari 1, it means that the parking area cannot accommodate vehicles so repairs must be made to optimize the existing parking area.
