Conceptual Problems of Corporatization of Russian Leasing Companies with State Participation

Abstract

The conceptual problems of corporatization integration of leasing companies operating with complex production and technological equipment, including machine tools and processing centers, are considered. Positive and negative aspects of this corporatization are revealed. The typology of such corporatization schemes is generated and the choice of the preferred scheme is justified.
