Abstract

The results of the analysis of Forbush decreases registered by the muon hodoscope URAGAN in the period from 2006 to 2013 are presented. For the first time, according to the muon hodoscope data, the energy, spatial-angular and temporal characteristics of Forbush decreases were determined using a single setup and a single approach. The dependences of the amplitude of the cosmic ray muon flux intensity decrease on the primary particle energy in the region above 10 GeV were obtained and their variations at different phases of the Forbush decreases development were studied. Based on the muon snapshot (muonography) analysis, the parameters of the local anisotropy vector value and correlations between its projections to the South and East were investigeted.
