Abstract
This study aims to identify the factors that influence students' behavior in an educational setting to inform intervention programs. The study will use an Explanatory Sequential Design, a type of mixed methods research design that combines qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis. The study will involve two hundred ninety-seven Level II Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) students at Southwestern University-PHINMA, selected through purposive sampling.
