Abstract
In sum, this report highlights how autologous SCT may apply to the patients with primary AL amyloidosis and severe multi-system involvement. Futhermore, resolution of acute renal failure and nephrotic syndrome are achievable, with long-term stabilization of kidney dysfunction.
