Abstract

Based on the literature review, this research proposes a conceptual model to measure the influence of green supply chain management (GSCM) practice toward the performance and companies' competitiveness in wood furniture industry in Jepara. The model shows how the performance and company's competitiveness depends on GSCM practice. The conceptual model are consists of three hypotheses which are the influence of GSCM's practice on company performance, company competitiveness and hypothesis, and the influence of performance on the company competitiveness. This research uses Interview and design questions by giving it directly to owners of the wood furniture industry as the respondents in testing the conceptual model empirically.
