Abstract

XPS spectra of molybdenum disulfide mineral were obtained using monochromatic Ag Lα radiation. Spectra include Mo 2p, Mo 3d, Mo 3s, S 1s, S 2p, and S 2s. A flake was mechanically exfoliated from a MoS2 bulk single crystal for the study. Quantitative comparison was performed using Cant sensitivity factors.
