The aim of this article is bound by Artificial Intelligence analyses in decision-making, considering the Sustainable Development Goals-SDGs, about innovation, the reduction of inequalities and effective institutions. On this basis, and dividing into three parts, it seeks to analyze the Fourth Industrial Revolution, with the description of Artificial Intelligence, to observe its application in the legal system; point out the SDGs, conceptualizing and studying, in particular, goals (a) 9-Industry, innovation and infrastructure, (b) 10-Reduction of inequalities, and (c) 16-Peace, Justice and Effective Institutions; and discuss the conciliation and application of the SDGs with the use of Artificial Intelligence in decision-making. Therefore, the research made use of the systemic-constructivist method, adopting the comparative procedure, as well as the bibliographic research technique. To this brief analysis, when dealing with the transition of the law to the new digital age, the SDGs were evaluated with the decision-making carried out by Artificial Intelligence. Finally, the research demonstrated the need to observe the human aspect together with new technologies, so that, based on this, it is possible to discuss the stages of changes promoted by Industry 4.0 in law.
