Abstract

Professional judgment may be needed in the troublesome blood transfusion in order to achieve the best benefit for all patients. The crossmatched least incompatible unit can be issued for urgent blood transfusion to the patient who has weakly reactive AST and inconclusive test result in antibody identification.
