Abstract

Batamindo Industrial Park is an industrial park area located in Batam and it is the largest industrial area in province of Riau Islands and Batam City in particular. Batamindo industrial park is an integrated manufacturing area that managed by PT Batamindo investment Cakrawala. By the development of technology and science that is increasingly rapidly, it is expected that the growth of industry sectors in Batam continues to survive also to be able to keep a positive contribution in all aspects of life for the society locally and nationally. This study is aimed to measure the influence of knowledge sharing behavior and information technology innovation on employee performance in electronic manufacturing company located in batamindo industrial park. In this paper the author uses methods research design is associative through survey by distributing questionnaires to the respondents randomly (random sampling) regression classic asumption test and multiple regression test to measure the influence of each variable. The results is knowledge sharing behavior partially have no significance influence of perfomance employee but has a significance effect at the level of information technology innovation to performance and simultaneously both variables has a significance influence to employee performence. Kata kunci:perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, inovasi, teknologi informasi, kinerja.
