The method is based on non-classical logic, called the Paraconsistent Annotated Evidential Logic Eτ (Logic Eτ), this logic is excelling in the fields of research and it's main characteristics are set by the thought of experts, generating input parameters and been consolidated by the collective way that translates into mathematical terms. Logic Eτ is not trivial and has the capacity to manipulate imprecise and conflicting information. © IFIP International Federation for Information Processing 2014.
