Abstract
In this issue of Blood, Six et al provide evidence for the existence of myeloid- and lymphoid-dominant human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) using clonal tracking in patients treated with gene therapy for Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) and b-hemoglobinopathies.1
