Abstract

The need of residential in Indonesia, especially in the big cities and limited of land availability that caused the price increasing, therefore residential investment of high rise building was growing up. The highly people need is directly proportional with increasing number of residential high rise building. In construction phase, the most obstacle that frequently faced is project delay that caused ineffective of planning and scheduling by the contractors. This research discusses most influence factors of implementation Critical Chain Project Management when scheduling phase with BIM 4D by using statistic method Relative Importance Index (RII). There are 38 respondents as position site engineering, project planning and project manager. The result of this study showed that 10 most influence factors are: timely performance, scheduling accuracy, faster completion time, minimizing project duration, effective communication and coordination between project teams, understanding the stages of work, critical chains, project buffers, feeder buffers, simulations and scheduling visualization.
