Abstract
The article deals with the results of long-term investigation in regards to speech communication enhancement of disabled students in the context of higher education. On the grounds of the comparison study of the modern foreign and native investigations, practical experience of the leading Russian higher educational institutions psychological and pedagogical technology of speech communication enhancement of disabled students in the context of higher education is developed. Theoretical and methodological fundamentals of technology of speech communication enhancement of disabled students in the context of higher education, special aspects of disabled students' inclusion in the dialogue with group mates and teachers, methods and forms of work of teachers and students are defined in the investigation. The author considers the specific character of disabled students' professional education. Particular attention is drawn to the psychodiagnostic investigation in order to plan the sequential and gradual implementation of the developed technology and correct the investigation results timely. On the grounds of the psychodiagnostic investigation specific features of students' speech communication are revealed. The majority of students are not ready to assist to disabled group mates; they are not oriented to understand a cooperation partner; the students have a low indicated level of empathy; the group psychological climate is evaluated by students as below average; the disabled students feel loneliness. Results of physiological and pedagogical technology demonstrated thateffectiveness of speech communication enhancement of disabled students in the context of higher education is provided with purposeful diagnostical correctional and developing work with students, that takes into account their age anddysontogenesis features. The results also demonstrated that the effectiveness of speech communication enhancement of disabled students is correlated with comfortablepsychological environment of the group where disabled students study, the atmosphere of acceptance creation, cooperation.
