Abstract

In this paper, we propose a method for the analysis and the interpretation of the interactions between the user and the interactive system to evaluate. The proposed approach is based on the comparison between the user interaction sequences and the sequences average. This confrontation concerns the task execution duration, the realized tasks number and the action sequence used in a defined experimental scenario. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
