Features of the formation of the concept of educational work in an educational institution of civil aviation

Abstract

The paper discusses the current problem of organizing and forming the concept of educational work in civil aviation educational institutions, which is a special branch of the national economy. It makes increased demands not only on the professional qualities of specialists, but also on their spiritual and moral image, as well as the general degree of culture and harmonious development of the personality. The features of the concept of educational work are shown - the focus on the development of professionalism and social responsibility to ensure safety in the industry. The sections of the concept of educational work and its key areas in educational institutions of civil aviation are considered, the need for digitalization and its consideration in the formation of a specialist's personality is emphasized.
