Abstract

We numerically study the behavior of σxy(ω) and σxx (ω) for graphene QHE system in the ac (frequency ω) domain. We interpret these conductivities with the dynamical scaling analysis. We also discuss the temperature flow of σxy(ω) - σxx(ω) diagram for graphene QHE system in the ac region. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
