Abstract

This research investigates the role of social capital in resolving conflicts related to land tenure policies in the Kerinci Seblat National Park conservation area using a systematic literature review. Through in-depth analysis of relevant research and publications, this study identifies how networks of relationships, social norms and trust can be effective tools in resolving land management issues and enhancing cooperation among stakeholders, including indigenous communities, conservation organizations and local governments. The results show that strengthening social capital through community engagement, which involves a combination of traditional and modern practices in building trust, can reduce conflict, improve community welfare, and support environmental conservation efforts. By providing a deeper understanding of social capital dynamics, this research contributes to the development of more inclusive and sustainable land tenure policies. Keywords:.
