PHYTOCHEMICAL INVESTIGATION OF SUAEDA MARITIMA (L.) DUMORT. STEM

Abstract

In the present study the methanol was used to extract dried roots of Suaeda maritima (L.) Dumort. Two compounds n-tetradecanyl n-octadec-9-enoate and 3-methoxybenzyl n-octadec-9-enoate were formed. The structures of the compounds were established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.
