Abstract

The widespread expansion of electronic information technologies in education leads to continuous processes of modernization and sometimes a complete change in the content, methods, organization of training, the learning space, and the goals of the educational system. The ever-increasing amount of information needs to be understood, processed, and restructured. Comprehensive educational reform is underway, including a change in human thinking. This paper focuses on enhancing critical thinking of Ph.D. engineering students through ICT use in Academic writing classes. A model has been proposed and elaborated.
