PERANCANGAN MODEL PENDEKATAN KONSTRUKTIVISME SOSIAL DALAM PENINGKATAN KUALITAS KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI STDI BANDUNG

Abstract

Organizational communication is an important part in the element of the movement of the wheels of an organization that involves human resources in moving it. Art and design education institutions are one example of an organization that is unique in building organizational communication because it includes artists who have character in the organization. The design of the social constructivism approach model is a way to implement pedagogical science that can have an impact on improving the quality of organizational communication in art and design educational institutions, namely STDI Bandung with human resources who have their own style in organizational communication. The research method used is to conduct contextual analysis and organizational communication conditions that occur in the STDI Bandung environment, starting with the distribution of questionnaires and problem analysis and designing a model of social constructivism approach in accordance with the analysis. This research can show how important pedagogic science through social constructivism approach can improve the quality of organizational communication among artists who are unique in communicating.
