Perkembangan Industry Halal di Kawasan Asia Tenggara Ditinjau Dari Publikasi Ilmiah Pada Scopus.id: Analisis Bibliometrik

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of the halal industry in the context of scientific publications. Researchers used quantitative methods with bibliometric analysis. This research was conducted by searching through the Scopus database and using the keyword "Halal Industry" with the categories of Article Title, Abstract, and Keyword. Then the search results are exported in BibTex format which are analyzed using the R – Packages software application and the biblioshiny web interface. The results of the study obtained 457 scientific papers with a time span of 2006 – 2022 with restrictions in the Southeast Asia region and by using two types of documents, namely articles and conference papers. The results of the analysis show that the halal industry in the context of scientific publications in the Southeast Asian region has been quite developed as evidenced by the many publications of halal industry documents and scientific publications regarding the halal industry in countries with a majority population. are non-Muslims.
