Abstract

In the originally published version of this manuscript, there were two minor errors. In the 'Data and Measurement' section, the last sentence in the second paragraph has been removed. Also, Equation 1 was missing an epsilon and should appear as follows: bit = γ dit + βXit + φi + λt + ϵit, These errors have been corrected online.
