Abstract

This article examines the rights related to privacy and personal data protection through the proper management of our digital footprint, an online identity from which it is inevitable to escape, given that many everyday activities compel us to interact with the Internet and its various forms of engagement, thus shaping our digital presence with both favorable and unfavorable consequences. In this context, it is imperative to recognize that our tangible reality is increasingly linked to the digital world, and that it is the responsibility of individuals and the state to foster a culture of respect for privacy and the protection of personal data.
