TK II Pelamonia Makassar from May 28 to June 2 2018. Data were obtained from the patient's mother and nurse. Results: The results of the assessment of vital signs measured blood pressure 120/80 mmHg, temperature 36.5 ° C, pulse frequency 120 times per minute and respiratory rate 28 times per minute.
