Abstract

Roses have been known as the symbol of love and romance. The idea and concept of roses express the writer's love towards an admired woman. the writer interprets roses as the admired woman; magnificent, lovely, and beautiful. The theme being carried on the creating idea is a metaphor of the writer's love towards the admired woman. With the subsistence of this metaphor as the idea of the writer's final assignment, the writer's can express and determine parables about Alisha. The story that wanted to be delivered is untold feelings. As a way of realizing the art, writer's use drawing technique and acrylic paint as the point of interest. The visualization of the art is the rose being colored while the background and other figuratives using drawing technique.
