Abstract
Construction tasks are adversely suffering from time put off and value overrun. Last Planner System (LPS) is a method of lean construction that reduces the complexities in construction tasks. The study aims to carry out the LPS to improve construction planning and increase site management construction scenarios. The LPS is applied in big production tasks via the results where studied. The data collection method included protected interviews, monitoring, and questionnaire. The project's findings are the critical success factors of implementation, and it tells the boundaries to the realization of the total capacity of LPS. It helps to set up a brand new strategy and regulations to enhance managerial practices. It identifies the findings of the involvement of subcontractors and that dedication and mindset to time.
